This contract (the “Plan”) governs the services provided by Apple under the above plans and contains the terms of this document, your plan confirmation (“plan confirmation”) and the initial sales document of your plan. Your plan confirmation is available at the time of purchase. If you purchased your plan from Apple, you can get a copy of your plan confirmation in mysupport.apple.com/products. AppleCare can make exceptions, even if it is not very common. If you call and talk to contract management, you can make an exception, as it is only 2 days after the deadline has expired. YMMV, however. Please note that if you use a service in a country other than your country of purchase under this plan, the service fee must be paid in that country`s currency and at that country`s current price – more information, including fees by country, is available on the AppleCare support site at apple.com/legal/sales-support/applecare/applecareplus/. You can get physical services related to coverage and technical support by accessing Apple`s website (www.apple.com/support/country/) or by calling the phone number below. If you call, you must provide Apple with the plan contract number or serial number of the insured device. You must keep your plan confirmation and the initial sales receipt of your device and plan, as they are necessary in case of questions about the eligibility of your insured device. The Administrator is responsible for collecting and transferring the purchase price of the plan to AppleCare Service Company, Inc. and managing claims under the plan.
Only for single payment plans, you can permanently transfer all your rights under the plan to another party, provided that: (i) you transfer to the other party the initial proof of purchase, the confirmation of the plan, the printed documents of the plan and this service contract; (ii) Inform Apple of the transmission as support.apple.com/en-us/HT202712 ordered, and (iii) the other party accepts the terms of this service contract. If you financed the purchase of your plan through a payment provider, the purchaser must take over and execute all payment obligations of the ceding company and any non-compliance by a taker immediately triggers the existing cancellation provisions described in Section 9. If you inform Apple of the transmission, you must provide the plan contract number, the serial number of the insured device, and the name, address, phone number and email address of the new owner. You can get service or support by calling Apple or accessing support.apple.com/country-selector. You must provide the plan contract number or serial number of the covered device. On request, you must also provide your plan confirmation and the initial sale title of your device and plan. How consumer rights influence this plan, the BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS PLAN are IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS. THIS PLAN DOES NOT ADDRESS THE RIGHTS OF THE APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAW, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE REMEDIES UNDER STATUTORY WARRANTY LAW AND TO SEEK DAMAGES IN THE EVENT OF THE NON-PERFORMANCE BY APPLE OF ANY OF ITS CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS.
